My Passion and My Philosophy

Andrew’s first interest in becoming a therapist began while helping a friend quit smoking. Watching him struggle, grow, and ultimately overcome his addiction was profoundly moving. Witnessing that kind of change inspired Andrew to pursue work that supports individuals in their own personal growth and forward progress.

Over eight years in community mental health, Andrew observed firsthand the limitations of certain therapeutic practices, which often left clients feeling stuck and hindered their progress toward lasting change. These experiences motivated Andrew to use evidence-based approaches, equipping clients with the tools needed to make meaningful, lasting improvements in their lives.

Andrew’s passion and philosophy are centered on the belief that every person possesses the capacity and insight for change. Life’s challenges can sometimes obscure that inner strength, and Andrew’s role as a therapist is to help clients uncover their own insights, build on their strengths, and find a path toward growth and healing.
